ERNI is seeking a second level technical support specialist for clinical software applications.You will analyze incidents, configure applications and integrations with LIS, and act as the bridge between international affiliates and DevOps teams.You will join a collaborative, growth?oriented team with mentoring, regular 1:1s, and a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.The role requires fluent English, strong troubleshooting, and experience with enterprise software.#J-*****-Ljbffr
