Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the administration, tuning, and maintenance of IT systems to support national security missions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable UNIX and Windows environments. You will optimize performance, manage access, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure across servers, storage, and networks. This is a high-impact position that leverages deep system expertise to sustain mission-critical operations. Compensation / Benefits * Maintain STE/STN compliance across systems and environments * Manage accounts, network rights, and access controls * Configure and manage UNIX and Windows OS, install software, troubleshoot, and enhance systems * Provide day-to-day IT support for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices * Assist users with access and escalated issue resolution * Optimize system operations, perform capacity planning and resource utilization analysis * Support dispatch systems and hardware, ensure server and domain security Tasks * Fifteen+ years of System Administration experience on programs of similar scope * Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or 20 years total experience in lieu of degree) * Experience with Linux, Windows, and virtualization * Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance Key requirements * Paid Time Off * 11 paid Holidays * 401K with 6% company match and immediate vesting * Flexible schedules * Discounted stock purchase plans * Technical upskilling, education and training support
