Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will own the vision, execution, and commercial success of the Multiomics Datapoints business. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team to scale an automated, arrayed multiomics platform and deliver high-value, AI-ready datasets. You’ll drive go-to-market strategy, expand readouts and modalities, and shape partnerships with pharma, biotech, and government. The position combines scientific leadership with strategic, customer-facing impact in a fast-paced, intrapreneurial environment. Compensation / Benefits * Define and own the go-to-market strategy and pricing for Multiomics Datapoints * Own revenue growth and operational efficiency across a diverse customer base * Set scientific direction for the arrayed perturbation platform and multiomic readouts (DRUG-seq, Cell Painting, CRISPR-based modalities) * Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of ~10-15, balancing wet-lab and computational work * Represent the business externally at conferences, publications, and community initiatives * Partner with Government Affairs to shape and win large-scale programs (ARPA-H, BARDA, DARPA, NIH) * Scale the automated arrayed perturbation-and-readout platform with QC and AI analytics pipelines * Develop and expand new products and readouts (proteomics, metabolomics, additional NGS) * Bridge industrialized wetlab automation with computational/AI interpretation * Drive translational and clinical biomarker work within a multiomics context Tasks * 10+ years in high-growth biotech or large pharma with proven functional genomics and discovery research leadership * Active experience buying discovery/CRO/data-generation services or leading teams that did * PhD or equivalent in genomics, molecular biology, computational biology, systems biology, or related field * Direct experience with arrayed screening (CRISPR KO/CRISPRi), transcriptomics, and high-content imaging * Strong computational profile complemented by practical wet-lab knowledge * Commercial interest and track record in ownership of pricing/growth (P&L experience a plus) * Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes settings * Established presence in the multiomics community (publications, talks, advisory roles) Key requirements *
