Scrum Master

This is a player/coach role for a seasoned professional leading an Agile transformation from waterfall methodologies within the client’s Capital Markets division. The ideal candidate will guide teams through change, help establish a new Agile framework, stand up new Scrum teams, and implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices
• Act as a player/coach, guiding teams through change and actively contributing to the new Agile framework
• Stand up new Scrum teams
• Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across the organization

• Senior-level experience (10+ years) as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience leading an organization’s transformation from waterfall to Agile
• Experience in a player/coach capacity
• Experience implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Experience within Capital Markets

Pay range: up to $112.63 per hour
