Job description

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data warehouse solutions.
  • Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
  • Support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise data warehouse solutions.
  • Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with ETL developers, database administrators, data engineers, and business users.
  • Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, metadata, and technical documentation.
  • Support data integration, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and performance issues.
  • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and data governance practices.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst (Intermediate) to support enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives within a large-scale organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data analysis, SQL development, ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting solutions. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable data warehouse solutions while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance., * Experience working in enterprise Data Warehouse environments.

  • Strong SQL development, query optimization, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with ETL concepts, data integration, and data transformation.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling principles.
  • Experience supporting reporting and business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of data validation, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams., * Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse implementations.
  • Knowledge of dimensional modeling, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI/reporting platforms.
  • Public sector or government project experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
