Job description
- Serve as the Product Owner for integration products and capabilities supporting Crew Records and broader Crew Technology platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineers, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to define product outcomes and priorities.
- Facilitate discovery and refinement discussions to understand business needs, integration opportunities, and customer impacts.
- Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog in Jira, aligning it with business value and strategic objectives.
- Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Agile teams during planning, backlog refinement, and other Scrum events.
- Make informed tradeoff decisions that balance customer needs, operational requirements, and business value.
- Support testing, validation, release readiness, and adoption activities for new integrations.
- Foster alignment across multiple product, engineering, and business teams.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role.
- Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs within Jira.
- Experience delivering enterprise integrations, APIs, system interfaces, or data-centric solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting airline, operations, workforce management, or Crew-related systems.
- Familiarity with Crew Records, Crew Scheduling, Crew Pay, or broader Crew operations platforms.
- Experience collaborating with third-party software vendors and integration partners.
- Understanding of API-based integrations and middleware technologies.
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments.
- Product Owner, Scrum, or Agile certifications.
