Product Owner - Crew Systems Integrations

• Serve as the Product Owner for integration products and capabilities supporting Crew Records and broader Crew Technology platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineers, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to define product outcomes and priorities.
• Facilitate discovery and refinement discussions to understand business needs, integration opportunities, and customer impacts.
• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog in Jira, aligning it with business value and strategic objectives.
• Create and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Agile teams during planning, backlog refinement, and other Scrum events.
• Make informed tradeoff decisions that balance customer needs, operational requirements, and business value.
• Support testing, validation, release readiness, and adoption activities for new integrations.
• Foster alignment across multiple product, engineering, and business teams.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs within Jira.
• Experience delivering enterprise integrations, APIs, system interfaces, or data-centric solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting airline, operations, workforce management, or Crew-related systems.
• Familiarity with Crew Records, Crew Scheduling, Crew Pay, or broader Crew operations platforms.
• Experience collaborating with third-party software vendors and integration partners.
• Understanding of API-based integrations and middleware technologies.
• Experience working in scaled Agile environments.
• Product Owner, Scrum, or Agile certifications.
