In this role, you will execute the product strategy, evolution and delivery of ARC’s corporate travel technology platforms, including Universal Connect and Dash through a highly collaborative and execution-oriented approach. You will operate as a key partner to product leadership, translating strategic direction into coordinated execution across engineering, UX, partner integrations, and customer-facing initiatives. You will blend strong product thinking, technical fluency, and operational leadership to drive alignment and momentum across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will balance roadmap execution, delivery priorities, and day-to-day product decisions while helping bring the broader product vision to life across enterprise and partner experiences. What You’ll Get to Do::

  • Product Execution & Roadmap Leadership. Drive product deliverables and drive strategy execution across multiple product platforms and workstreams, including APIs, enterprise applications, and partner integrations. Translate product vision and strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, epics, user stories, and delivery plans. Lead quarterly planning, prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management across teams. Maintain alignment between business priorities, customer needs, and engineering delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership. Drive alignment on strategic product priorities and partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX/UI, DevOps, QA, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality product experiences. Influence and guide cross-functional teams without direct management authority. Identify and remove delivery blockers while maintaining momentum across initiatives. Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Insight & Product Decision Support. Develop a deep understanding of airline, hotel, enterprise, and traveler workflows. Gather and synthesize customer feedback, operational insights, usage data, and market trends and emerging customer needs to inform proactively shape product execution and prioritization. Independently identify product opportunities, gaps, and workflow improvements aligned with broader product vision. Help balance strategic platform goals with real-world customer implementation needs.
  • Technical & Platform Collaboration. Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to understand technical constraints, platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and system dependencies. Participate in solution discussions and help translate complex technical concepts into business and customer impact. Influence and support scalable platform design decisions across multiple products and partner ecosystems.
  • Partner & Implementation Support. Represent ARC and collaborate with external partners in strategic discussions, including airlines, hotels, enterprise customers, and technology providers, as needed. Help guide implementation strategy and onboarding approaches for strategic customers and integrations. Ensure customer and partner feedback loops are incorporated into roadmap planning and prioritization.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical product management within tech?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or related leadership roles
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, and platform-based product development
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, evolving environments with ambiguity
  • Experience working with external enterprise customers or strategic partners preferred
  • Airline, travel technology, SaaS platform, or enterprise workflow experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and modern cloud-based product ecosystems preferred
