Embedded Software V&V Manager

Experteer Overview You will lead V&V for embedded software within Ford Model E, shaping safety-critical validation across EV platforms. You’ll direct a cross-functional team, set verification strategies, and drive automated testing to ensure quality and safety. This role blends leadership with hands-on expertise in embedded software, SDLC, and industry standards. You’ll work closely with software, systems, and product teams to accelerate Ford’s EV innovations.
