Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and integrate complex software systems using MBSE within an Agile environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to manage requirements and verify system performance. You will model architectures, support design reviews, and contribute to government testing events, helping ensure secure, capable systems for national security missions. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain system architecture and design models using MBSE tools * Manage requirements lifecycle across distributed teams with traceability and compliance * Decompose system requirements and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to design scalable solutions * Develop and execute verification and validation activities including test procedures and simulations * Support trade studies, impact analyses, and design reviews with digital artifacts * Participate in program milestone events including customer meetings and government testing * Generate technical documentation including test results and design validation artifacts Tasks * Active TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline * Minimum 3+ years of systems engineering experience with MBSE * Working knowledge of SysML and MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler) * Experience in requirements management including traceability and verification planning * Experience developing test procedures and verification artifacts * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and cross-functional teamwork * Strong communication skills in distributed, fast-paced environments Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * healthcare benefits * retirement plans * career development * competitive compensation
