Systems Engineer - Integrator (Principal or Senior Principal Level)

Experteer Overview As a Global Hawk Integration Systems Engineer, you lead a diverse team to deliver integrated solutions for USAF Global Hawk systems. You will work across the Systems Engineering V-Model, covering requirements, design, integration, testing, and validation. You’ll collaborate with customers to clarify needs and drive end-to-end system solutions that meet mission requirements. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge UAV and fielded aircraft systems within a mission-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end system integration across the Global Hawk portfolio * Ensure baselines reflect cohesive system solutions and communicate status to stakeholders * Develop and validate system-level models for concept through validation * Support lifecycle activities: design reviews, requirements decomposition, test planning, verification * Plan, execute schedules, and lead teams to meet milestones (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, FCA) * Provide clear end-user needs and capabilities; support lab integration and fielded systems Tasks * Bachelor in STEM with 5+ years (Principal) or 8+ years (Senior Principal); or Master with 3+ years (Principal) or 6+ years (Senior Principal); or PhD with 1+ year (Principal) or 4+ years (Senior Principal) * Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret clearance and SAP clearance * Experience managing Technical Baselines (Functional/Allocated) * Experience with end-to-end system integration, verification and validation * Experience with integration interfaces ICDs/IDDs * Preferred: experience with RQ-4 air vehicle, ground segment, sensor payloads, COMMS, USAF customers * Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance is a plus * MS degree in STEM is a plus Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * discretionary bonus
