Experteer Overview In this role you will drive enterprise-wide analytics innovation by delivering high-impact initiatives and scoping scalable AI and analytics solutions. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical plans and ensure responsible AI and data integrity. You own end-to-end initiatives, run experiments, and guide adoption to maximize value realization. You contribute to building team methodology and mentor peers while advancing the enterprise AI journey for improved patient care and operations. This opportunity offers meaningful impact through shaping analytics adoption at scale within a healthcare setting. Compensation / Benefits * Own significant initiatives from intake to delivery within the team’s scope using established methodologies * Design innovation experiments and adoption activities with measurable outcomes * Contribute to AI/ML initiatives, applying enterprise standards for responsible AI and integration patterns * Participate in team ceremonies and drive continuous improvement of practices * Anticipate risks and blockers and coordinate with Leads/Principals * Standardize workflows and share repeatable patterns to reduce cycle time * Translate business needs into innovation experiments and adoption plans aligned with strategy * Coordinate with peer Senior Partners to align approaches * Apply responsible AI standards (privacy, transparency, bias, HIPAA/CMS) to AI/ML work * Identify integrity, risk, or readiness issues and escalate appropriately * Mentor less experienced Partners and contribute to methodology and playbooks * Represent initiatives in cross-functional planning and executive forums * Translate specialty depth into accessible guidance for clinicians and leaders * Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement across initiatives Tasks * Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field plus 7+ years in analytics or related tech roles * 3+ years using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and portfolio/work management tools (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira) * 3+ years applying ROI/measurement frameworks and analytics adoption/enablement * 3+ years as a subject matter contributor in innovation or analytics adoption * 2+ years owning end-to-end initiatives with AI/ML or emerging tech experience * Experience with data quality, lineage, and governance concepts * Familiarity with Epic analytics ecosystems and healthcare data platforms * Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate problems into analytical solutions Key requirements *
