Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end network deployment across multiple sites for DHS-related environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to install, configure, and validate network hardware and software, while ensuring design and security best practices. The position focuses on delivering scalable, fault-tolerant LAN/WAN and data center networks on classified and unclassified networks. You will provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with standards, shaping secure and reliable network infrastructure for mission-critical workloads. Compensation / Benefits * Lead deployment of network solutions across geographic locations, delivering on time and within scope/budget * Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of routers, switches, and firewalls * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration * Ensure redundancy, scalability, and fault-tolerance in network designs * Create project plans, manage timelines, and track deployment progress * Design and implement LANs, WANs, and Data Center networks * Troubleshoot network issues to maintain performance and security * Maintain deployment documentation and conduct site readiness surveys * Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and deployment staff * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Tasks * Active TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor’s degree in technology related field with 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience * Solid routing and switching experience (Cisco, Juniper) * Deep knowledge of L2/L3 protocols (TCP/IP, iBGP, eBGP, OSPF, VLANs, 802.1q, LAG) * Experience with network management and monitoring tools * Proven leadership and cross-functional project management experience * Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to work on both classified and unclassified networks * Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements Key requirements * Roth 401k with company matching * stock driven investment options
