Experteer Overview In this role you will drive AI adoption and advance data science innovation across Store Operations, shaping scalable analytics infrastructure to inform decision making. You collaborate with product managers and leaders, mentor junior data scientists, and champion data-driven opportunities that create competitive advantage. You will present insights to both technical and business partners and help build a high-performing analytics team. This is a mission-driven role to scale data science capabilities and deliver measurable impact. Compensation / Benefits * Design and develop algorithms on large datasets to generate business insights with high quality and efficiency * Lead project planning and prioritization, ensuring timely delivery and resource alignment; mentor junior team members * Translate business needs into analytics strategies, build trust with cross-functional partners, and educate non-technical stakeholders * Advance data science practices by codifying processes, producing reusable data products, and documenting solutions * Support recruiting and staffing discussions to grow the analytics team Tasks * 18+ years of age * Legally permitted to work in the United States * 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics * Proficiency in data science specializations such as optimization, computer vision, recommendation, search or NLP * Strong programming and data querying skills (Python, SQL, BigQuery) * Experience with data visualization (Tableau) and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) * Demonstrated capability in predictive modeling and statistical techniques * Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences * Bachelor in related field * Preferred: PhD in quantitative field, but not required for minimum Key requirements *
