Experteer Overview As a Principal/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer on the Sentinel program, you will lead MBSE-driven system architecture and support equipment development for ICBM-related launch systems. You will collaborate with design, logistics, and project teams to translate requirements into robust equipment solutions within cost and schedule constraints. You’ll perform analyses across the lifecycle and shape architecture using MBSE tools. This role offers impact on critical defense infrastructure and opportunities to lead technical teams. Compensation / Benefits * Perform system-level planning, integration, verification, validation, cost/risk assessment, and supportability analyses for Support Equipment * Collaborate with Design, Integrated Logistics Support, Specialty Engineering, and PM to develop mission-supporting equipment for the Sentinel system * Analyze and implement Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) for Support Equipment architecture * Conduct lifecycle analyses from concept to disposal to ensure coherence with requirements and constraints * Translate customer requirements into equipment specs using DOORS * Develop architectural framework products using CAMEO MBSE tools * Ensure equipment requirements and designs align with Sentinel program needs Tasks * Bachelor in STEM with required experience as per level (5 years for Principal; 8 years for Sr. Principal) * Active DoD Secret clearance with recent investigation * Ability to obtain Top Secret and Special Access within business timelines * MBSE tools experience (Cameo, Magic Draw, Rhapsody or similar) * Requirements management tools experience (DOORS) * Systems architecture development experience * 2 years MBSE tools experience (or 4 years for Sr. Principal) * 2-4 years of related experience in systems engineering and requirements management; leadership experience preferred Key requirements * Medical, Dental & Vision coverage * 401k * Educational Assistance * Life Insurance * Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions * Paid Time Off
