Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide Systems Engineering support for the Guidance, Navigation, and Control subsystem within the GN&C department on the Sentinel program. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure sound requirements, interfaces, and architecture, and you will craft and basel ine system documentation in Cameo and DOORS. You will coordinate with higher-level engineers and suppliers to align contract requirements with program needs. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape critical defense systems and grow within a collaborative, innovative culture. Compensation / Benefits * Support the Guidance, Navigation, and Control subsystem with system engineering artifacts for design reviews and verification * Produce and basel ine system documentation in Cameo and DOORs; coordinate with engineering teams * Interface with customers and subcontractors to align requirements with contract constraints * Collaborate on requirements, interfaces, and architecture while ensuring proper configuration management * Engage in cross-functional communication to push artifacts through engineering approvals Tasks * US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance (within scope, investigation date within last 6 years) * SAP approval eligibility * For T02: Bachelor’s in STEM and 2 years of experience (0 years with Master) * For T03: Bachelor’s in STEM and 5 years (3 with Master, 1 with PhD) * Experience with DOORS or equivalent; MBSE practices; Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDRAW * Experience with requirements management, interface development, and architecture development Key requirements * Medical, Dental & Vision coverage * 401k * Educational Assistance * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Health & Wellness Resources
