Compensation / Benefits * Lead and develop a diverse engineering team focused on AI-driven security operations and network defense engineering. * Translate priorities into a prioritized technical roadmap and coordinate cross-team plans. * Drive strategy and execution for AI-assisted threat detection, security analytics, and automated investigation and response. * Build scalable telemetry-based systems using data signals to improve detection, prioritization, and visibility. * Oversee security programs spanning vulnerability management, device posture, segmentation, and compliance readiness. * Ensure secure, maintainable solutions with strong automation, testing, and operational readiness practices. * Provide technical and organizational leadership during high-impact security incidents with cross-product coordination. * Foster coalitions across Microsoft Digital, Security, Azure, and partner teams to reduce risk and improve resilience. Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science in combination with 6+ years of technical engineering experience (coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python) OR equivalent experience. * 3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams or technical leads.
