Experteer Overview In this role, you steer complex energy and infrastructure projects as an Owner’s Representative and integrator, guiding development through planning, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, and startup. You will advise utilities, developers, and investors on delivery models, governance, and risk, while coordinating diverse stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality results. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on program management, offering a chance to shape large-scale energy projects and improve delivery performance. You will work across cross-functional teams, driving transformation and client value in a dynamic environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Owner’s Representative, Owner’s Manager, and Owner’s Integrator engagements across planning to operations for large-scale energy projects * Advise clients on development strategies, governance, delivery models, and risk/organizational readiness * Support site selection, permitting, licensing, regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, and investment decision support * Manage complex project teams and ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables with strong stakeholder coordination * Oversee delivery performance: schedule, cost, risk, contracts, change control, and executive reporting * Facilitate alignment among owners, investors, lenders, EPCs, regulators, and other partners * Develop client-ready insights through assessments, scenario analysis, governance reviews, and development planning * Lead proposal development and grow Guidehouse’s Energy Infrastructure Development and Owner’s Integrator offerings * Collaborate across practice areas to deliver integrated solutions spanning strategy, delivery, tech, regulatory, cybersecurity, and organizational transformation * Coach and mentor project teams to foster leadership and continuous improvement Tasks * U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency * Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years or Master’s degree with 5+ years in energy infrastructure project development, delivery, engineering, or related field * Experience supporting development, delivery, or oversight of large-scale capital projects in energy, utilities, industrial, or public sector markets * Previous roles such as Lead Developer, Owner’s Representative, PMO, or Project Controls * Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from development to operations * Proven ability to manage risks, schedules, budgets, contracts, and executive communications * Experience leading cross-functional, client-facing teams * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders * Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, project analytics, and data visualization tools * Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid client-facing environment; onsite ability Key requirements * Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance * Tuition Reimbursement, Personal Development & Certifications * Employee Referral Program * Mobility Stipend
