Solution Architect - Corporate Functions Talent & Culture; Law

Experteer Overview In this role you will own and shape value-stream and product-level architectures, ensuring alignment with Guardian standards and security. You collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, resilient tech solutions. You work within an Enterprise Architecture model to balance speed, risk, and governance while driving delivery across domains. You will lead proof-of-concepts, mentor engineers, and seek simplifications to improve delivery efficiency. Compensation / Benefits * Owns product- and team-level solution design and delivery architecture * Collaborate with Principal Solution Architect, Head of Portfolio Architecture, and Principal Enterprise Architect for patterns and cross-domain decisions * Design and document architectures spanning application, integration, data, and infrastructure * Align roadmaps and MVP scope with Product Owners and Tech Leads * Ensure compliance with Guardian architecture standards and security requirements * Collaborate to reuse enterprise capabilities and manage dependencies * Provide hands-on guidance on design quality, code structure, and technical approaches * Lead PoCs for new capabilities and influence technology strategy and architecture standards * Mentor engineers on architecture principles and problem-solving * Pursue simplification of designs, reduce technical debt, and improve delivery efficiency * Availability for production incidents with major business impact Tasks * Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions * Working knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, and modern architectures * Experience in Agile / product-based delivery models * Experience in hybrid on-premises and public cloud architectures * Proven track record with large-scale, mission-critical systems in Insurance * Knowledge of GenAI frameworks, tools and best practices * Ability to balance speed, quality, risk, and sustainability in technical decisions * Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to stakeholders * Experience producing product-level and team-level technical design documentation Key requirements * benefits for full-time eligible employees
