Job description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise software applications.
Design and develop scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, REST APIs, and Oracle.
Drive cloud modernization initiatives within Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
Partner with architects, database teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated technical solutions.
Establish engineering best practices, application standards, and architectural patterns.
Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation.
Mentor and develop software engineers while promoting engineering excellence.
Identify technical risks and implement scalable, long-term solutions.
Translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, automation, and platform scalability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, RESTful APIs, and Oracle.
Experience designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications.
Experience with Azure cloud technologies and hybrid cloud environments.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development methodologies.
Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure B2C, Azure SignalR, Azure AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
Experience leading cloud migration or platform modernization initiatives.
Experience with event-driven architecture and enterprise integration.
Exposure to AI-enabled software solutions and modern cloud-native architectures.
