Job description
Responsible for the day-to-day administration, setup, optimization, and user support of the organization’s UKG system across multi-site operations. Ensures data integrity, maintains system security and confidentiality, builds reports, and supports HR processes across the full employee lifecycle (recruiting through offboarding)., * System Administration & Support: Manage day-to-day operations for UKG modules (Core HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, WFM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance). Provide frontline support and basic training to HR and operational users.
- Data Integrity & Confidentiality: Administer role-based access security, maintain strict data privacy standards (SSNs, personal details), and conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Workforce Management (WFM): Support scheduling, attendance, and labor tracking configurations aligned with business needs and labor laws.
- Process Improvement & Projects: Assist in configuring workflows, business rules, and updates. Support system testing, patches, module setups, data conversions, and new site/entity onboarding.
- Reporting & Compliance: Build standard/ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and queries. Support annual HR cycles (open enrollment, performance reviews, compliance reporting).
- Vendor & Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for routine UKG Support tickets; collaborate with HR, Operations, and IT on system integrations and alignment.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in HRIS or HR administrative support. Exposure to UKG (or comparable HRIS) and multi-site, multi-state, or hospitality/operations environments preferred.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of core HR/benefits processes; solid MS Excel and report-building skills (UKG Pro Reporting / BI experience a plus); basic understanding of HRIS/IT system integrations.
- Key Competencies: High attention to detail, strict confidentiality, strong troubleshooting/analytical skills, process-improvement mindset, and clear cross-functional communication.
Benefits & conditions
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
