Experteer Overview In this Staff Systems Engineer role, you will contribute to the Sentinel program in Roy, UT, shaping system architecture, requirements, and verification across large defense systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architecture content and ensure traceability from requirements to implementation. You will apply model-based approaches to define, analyze, and integrate complex system designs. This position offers a meaningful impact on national defense and opportunities to advance MBSE practices. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with program IPT to develop engineering artifacts * Mature architecture content for large programs * Incorporate system requirements into models * Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture * Contribute to requirements development, management, and analysis * Develop model-based techniques, procedures, and processes Tasks * Bachelor of Science in a relevant engineering or computer science field with 12 years of experience, or 10 years with a master’s, or 8 years with a PhD * US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance * Ability to obtain SAP approval * 1+ years managing requirements in DOORS * 3+ years SEIT processes experience * 3+ years MBSE tools experience (Cameo) * 1+ year Agile experience (JIRA/Confluence) * 1+ year trades studies experience * 3+ years experience in C2, cybersecurity, or related domains Key requirements * Medical, Dental & Vision coverage * 401k * Educational Assistance * Life Insurance * Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions * Paid Time Off
