Experteer Overview In this role you will own the Workday experience and lead a high-performing HR Systems team to support a nationwide workforce. You will align Workday capabilities with HR and business priorities, drive continuous improvement, and manage releases, enhancements, and end-user support. You will serve as the bridge between HR and technology, scaling processes to meet growth. This is a hands-on leadership role at a company known for growth, safety, and investment in people. You’ll shape how HR systems enable better people outcomes across the organization. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Workday administration, configuration, enhancements, and end-user support * Oversee intake, prioritization, and resolution of HR systems tickets with SLAs * Plan, test, and deploy Workday biannual releases and new functionality * Manage Workday security roles, business processes, integrations, and reporting * Lead system implementation projects, upgrades, and process improvements * Provide strategic leadership for the Workday platform aligned with HR and business priorities Tasks * 7+ years of progressive HR Systems (HRIS) experience with significant Workday administration * 3+ years of leadership experience managing HR Systems or HRIS teams * Deep knowledge of Workday HCM-business processes, security, reporting, and configuration * Experience supporting multiple Workday functional areas (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, Absence Management) * Experience leading Workday implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives * Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Key requirements * comprehensive benefits program * health, dental, life insurance * FSAs and HSAs * short-term and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * identity theft and monitoring plan
