Lead Full Stack Engineer / Houston, TX

Experteer Overview In this onsite contract-to-hire role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership to drive architectural direction and modernize platforms, working closely with executive leadership. You will split time between frontend and backend work, mentoring engineers and delivering key projects in a collaborative team. You will influence engineering practices and CI/CD processes to improve delivery across the full software lifecycle. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape technical direction in a fast-paced environment.
