Job description
This role is ideal for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who wants to drive technical direction without direct people management responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, lead key projects, mentor engineers, and influence architecture while working closely with executive leadership. Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript is required, along with proven experience across the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, DevOps, test automation, and deployment processes. The engineer will play a critical role in modernizing existing platforms, building new solutions, and improving engineering practices within a collaborative team of developers. This will be a 5days onsite opportunity in Houston, TX. Contract to hire., * Some exposure to hardware integrations

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with TypeScript, React, Nodejs
- Must have leadership or team lead experience
- Recent experience with CI/CD processes, deployment processes
