Requirements

At least 7 years of professional experience in software development
Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
Backend expertise in Golang, Node.js, or Java (advanced knowledge of at least one required)
Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
Previous experience operating as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer
Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Background in aviation, transportation, or safety-critical software systems
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Demonstrated experience mentoring team members and performing code reviews
