BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, * 5+ years of Python development experience.

• Strong hands-on AWS Lambda and serverless architecture expertise.
• Experience with Aurora and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of Liquibase for database migrations.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities., We are looking for a seasoned SAP technical leader who combines deep ABAP development expertise with modern SAP cloud technologies, enterprise integration experience, and the ability to influence business and IT stakeholders. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale SAP transformation initiatives while championing best practices, governance, performance optimization, and clean-core development principles.

• 2+ years of experience leading SAP development intake and demand management processes, partnering with business and functional stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and roadmap development initiatives. Proven ability to balance business value, technical complexity, resource capacity, and delivery timelines while driving strategic decision-making.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience within complex enterprise environments, including Classical and Object-Oriented ABAP, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancement Frameworks, Reports (Classical, ALV, OO ALV), IDocs, Interfaces, and Forms (Adobe Forms, SmartForms). Experience in regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Deep expertise in ABAP on HANA, including CDS Views, AMDP, ADBC, advanced SQL optimization, code remediation, performance tuning, and end-to-end application scalability.
• Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Cloud Foundry, Kyma Runtime, and modern development frameworks such as CAP and RAP. Proven success building and integrating cloud-native SAP solutions.
• Extensive integration experience leveraging SAP Integration Suite (CPI), including S/4HANA, BTP, and third-party application integrations via iFlows, CPI-DS, OData services, REST APIs, and event-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of event-driven and API-first architectures, including asynchronous messaging, message queues, SAP Event Mesh, OData services, and enterprise integration patterns supporting scalable digital ecosystems.
• Experience supporting organizations through RISE with SAP transformations, with strong knowledge of extensibility strategies (In-App and Side-by-Side), Clean Core principles, and SAP modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori development and UI extensibility, including Adapt UI, Fiori Elements, and Freestyle applications, with a focus on delivering intuitive and scalable user experiences.
• Strong understanding of SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), Clean Core architecture, and SAP’s strategic roadmap for S/4HANA extensibility and cloud adoption.
