Tech Lead Full Stack Developer

· 7+ years of professional software development experience

· Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

· Backend experience with Golang, Node.js, or Java (deep expertise in at least one)

· Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services

· Proven experience serving as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer

· Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance

· Experience working in agile development environments

· Aviation, transportation, or safety?critical systems experience
