Requirements

10 to 12 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE based applications and Object Oriented technologies including design patterns and UML.

Strong Java Servlet experience.
Strong WebServices
Strong EJB 3.0, JPA/API, Hibernate
Proficient in Spring and AOP.
Solid Design and Object Oriented Application Development (OOAD) experience.
Experience on Unit Testing (Junit).
Knowledgeable in SQL and Oracle 11g.
Must possess strong communication skills
Want independent developer who can run with the stuff without hand holding.
Quick to learn new stuff and should be able to resolve issues independently.

Should have managed a team of minimum 15-20 people., 1. Good comm skills are a big priority
