Founding Full Stack Software Engineer

Typical Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications, from intuitive front-end interfaces to scalable back-end systems
• Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures to power innovative products
• Collaborate closely with founders to define technical strategy and align it with business goals
• Contribute to the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack
• Help shape the engineering culture, establishing best practices for software development, * Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, Node.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, FastAPI
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS), Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Firestore), Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Other Tools: GraphQL, REST APIs, WebSockets, Elasticsearch

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack or back-end engineer, with a track record of shipping high-quality products
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails)
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proficiency in common programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or TypeScript
• Experience in early-stage startups or lean teams is a plus
