Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, develop, test, and implement computer applications to support business needs. You will work within the IT team to ensure software and hardware operate efficiently and to follow WSFG standards. You’ll collaborate with business units to gather requirements, provide guidance, and contribute to development projects and committees. You will train peers on technical topics and adapt to multiple deadlines under supervision. This position offers the chance to influence application solutions and contribute to IT initiatives at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Research, design, develop, test, document and implement new applications or changes following WSFG standards * Install software packages and ensure system efficiency * Analyze data related to processing problems and coordinate with IT and business units * Advise business units on existing or proposed systems via written or oral communication * Participate in or chair developmental and IT committees and lead subcommittees when needed * Provide training to programming staff or business users on technical topics * Maintain compliance with policies and standards * Handle production support and follow-up tasks as assigned Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience * Proven programming experience across the full development lifecycle * Strong teamwork and ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision * Strong analytical skills to define, quantify problems and deliver solutions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience documenting procedures clearly for others * Proficiency in programming languages used by the business unit * Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications Key requirements *
