Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support radar development and sustainment programs within IMS in Warner Robins, GA. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot RF systems, upgrade test capabilities, and analyze failure causes using MATLAB and enterprise tools. Daily on-site collaboration, documentation, and interface with leadership are key. The role offers a path from engineer to principal, with travel and security clearance requirements. You will help shape dependable radar manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Support the APN241 program at the NGC site and customer location as an individual contributor and team member * Perform RF troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for radar systems, LRUs, LRMs, and CCAs * Collaborate across systems, manufacturing, test, equipment, material management, and process re-engineering * Conduct antenna-range testing * Provide lab support for hardware upgrades, sustainment, and testing; maintain/upgrade legacy test stations * Assist with development of test requirements and improved testing capabilities * Use MATLAB for analysis and scripting * Operate MES, SAP, Teamcenter, and other browser-based applications * Utilize Microsoft Office suite * Create/modify site documentation, technical drawings, and customer deliverables * Evaluate customer warranty assets and determine failure root causes * Provide MRB support, testing, troubleshooting, and disposition decisions * Apply IPC/J-STD, AS9100, and ISO 9001 standards * Interface and communicate with leadership, engineering, and production * Travel at least 10% Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or electronic-test environments + 2 years (or master’s + 0 years) * Experience in a manufacturing environment * Working knowledge of SAP/ERP or a comparable system * Understanding of RF theory and principles * U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain a US Government Secret clearance * For Principal: Bachelor’s + 5 years (or master’s + 3 years) in relevant field * Experience in a manufacturing environment (duplicate) * Proficiency in RF testing and troubleshooting (preferred) * Previous leadership experience (preferred) Key requirements * health insurance coverage * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * bonus opportunities
