Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support RF production hardware testing within a fast-paced environment, driving testability and quality across hardware and software. You will collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure acceptance testing and environmental screening meet contractual commitments. You’ll develop and maintain test procedures and fixtures, while seeking continuous improvement to reduce cost and cycle time. This position offers opportunities to impact how RF systems are tested and released in mission-critical domains. Compensation / Benefits * Lead test software development from requirements to validation and release * Collaborate with Design, Test Hardware, QA, and Manufacturing to meet acceptance testing commitments * Set up and support acceptance testing of Shop Replaceable Units and payload-level environmental screening * Design, investigate, and provide solutions for testing requirements (schematics, coding, integration) * Develop and maintain Manufacturing Acceptance testing procedures and fixtures * Drive continuous improvement by monitoring quality metrics and reducing defects * Conduct testability reviews with design engineering to improve product testability * Develop and maintain test stations/fixtures for functional and environmental testing * Interface with leadership, customers, and vendors to support program needs Tasks * Bachelor of Science in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering or related STEM field with 5+ years of experience or MS in equivalent field with 3+ years * Experience in programming languages such as C#, C, Java or LabWindows/CVI * Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, or firmware issues * Experience delivering hardware projects involving hardware and software development and integration/validation * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance * US Citizenship required Key requirements * Health Plan * Savings Plan * Paid Time Off * Education Assistance * Training and Development * 9/80 Work Schedule
