Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of high-voltage transmission line projects up to 765 kV. You will work within the Power Delivery Team to coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts, support client relationships, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time outcomes. You will engage in design, planning, and construction support while mentoring staff and contributing to business development and knowledge transfer. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape robust transmission solutions at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead engineering of transmission projects up to 765 kV * Develop initial project execution layouts and schedules * Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly project meetings with clear action owners * Coordinate with clients on project status and meetings * Maintain project workflow and cross-disciplinary communication * Forecast resource needs for project planning * Adhere to QA/QC procedures and safety standards * Demonstrate transmission line design expertise (PLS-CADD, structure staking, foundations, drawings) and provide construction support * Lead project teams of varying sizes and travel as needed * Support PMs with scope, schedule, budget, and client meetings Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in engineering * 7-10 years’ experience in transmission field and leading multi-disciplinary teams * Professional Engineer (PE) licensure * Understanding of NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95 * Strong command of English (written and spoken) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Track record of workplace safety and policy adherence Key requirements * flexible work arrangements (remote or office) * opportunities for professional development (industry conferences) * career growth and leadership opportunities * collaborative, cross-functional environment
