Experteer Overview In this role you will provide technical leadership for planning, design, and delivery of high-voltage transmission line projects within WSP’s Power Delivery Team. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, and manage schedules, QA/QC, and risk, while supporting staff development. The position offers flexible work arrangements across the Southeast and opportunities to engage in industry knowledge sharing and project execution at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and execute engineering for transmission projects up to 765 kV * Develop initial project execution layouts and schedules * Coordinate with clients and lead project meetings * Maintain project workflow and cross-disciplinary communication * Forecast resource needs and ensure QA/QC adherence * Mentor staff and participate in professional development * Demonstrate design expertise in PLS-CADD, structure staking, foundations, and drawings * Travel to client offices/field/vendor facilities as needed * Support PMs with scope, schedule, and budget discussions * Contribute to business planning and department improvements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in engineering * 7-10 years of experience in transmission design/management and leading multidisciplinary teams * Professional Engineering (PE) licensure * Understanding of NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95 * Strong knowledge of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD * Excellent English communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * Commitment to safety and company policies * Experience leading project teams and client interactions Key requirements *
