Your daily tasks will include

  • collaborating with customers, users and the Scrum team to identify, analyze, and specify requirements
  • taking over responsibility of the conception, organization and implementation of interdisciplinary projects within the agile software development environment
  • creating visualizations of processes and requirements
  • being the direct contact person for the customer at decision-maker level
  • leading our distributed cross-functional development teams on different projects
  • asking the right questions to the right people, offer alternatives in case of professional or technical obstacles and proactively demand clear decisions
  • ensuring that every implemented feature brings value to the customer and is delivered on time and on budget
  • developing and growing the business together with our customer by being a trusted advisor

Requirements

  • relevant experience in leading IT transformation projects in an agile environment with distributed cross-functional teams
  • analytical thinking, questioning circumstances and understanding the need of your stakeholders
  • proactive attitude and a high degree of self-initiative
  • being interested and up-to-date regarding technical innovations
  • very good moderation and presentation skills
  • ideally knowledge of hands-on software development - knowledge of IT software architecture and IT infrastructure is an advantage
  • fluency in English and German

Benefits & conditions

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 55.356 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
