You will work on use cases originating from different teams, such as the Deal Team, ensuring that AI does not remain “something new” but becomes a structural part of processes and tooling. Your work spans LLM-based applications, automation, and intelligent assistants, as well as the underlying foundations: infrastructure, integrations, data flows, and maintainability. You make deliberate trade-offs between speed and quality, always with a long-term perspective in mind. You bring structure to what is and is not feasible, make clear technical decisions, and guard the balance between perfection and progress. You work closely with both business and IT stakeholders: gathering requirements, translating them into concrete plans, and delivering value based on real-world feedback. You help users work effectively with AI and ensure that solutions are actually adopted in day-to-day operations.
