Infrastructure Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead a cloud-first infrastructure team to modernise and secure a global estate. You drive tenant migrations and oversee identity management transitions, aligning with security-first standards. You collaborate with SOC and senior stakeholders to ensure scalable, resilient infrastructure. You’ll shape delivery across Azure, M365, and hybrid environments, delivering impactful projects at a global scale. Pay / Benefits * Lead and develop a team of senior engineers (Infra, Intune, Jamf) * Oversee Microsoft Azure, M365, and SaaS platforms performance and reliability * Manage network (Palo Alto, Meraki) and virtualization (Hyper-V) layers * Coordinate tenant migrations, including Okta to Entra ID identity management * Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into infrastructure solutions * Drive security-focused initiatives and align with security-by-design principles * Collaborate with SOC on cyber defence initiatives * Ensure scalable, resilient, and well-governed infrastructure across global estate Tasks * Experience leading an infrastructure team in a cloud-first environment * Strong expertise in Azure, M365, and Intune * Hands-on experience with identity management migrations (Okta to Entra ID) * Knowledge of network and virtualization technologies (Palo Alto, Meraki, Hyper-V) * Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage complex projects Key requirements * bonus up to 5% * flexible hybrid working (2-3 days in office) * comprehensive benefits package * central London office proximity * career development opportunities
