Experteer Overview In this Secondee role within the International Directorate, you lead a small team in the JICC to deliver intelligence and performance analysis that informs decision-making and prioritises risk. You build international relationships and support frontline policing and partners through a 24/7 international cooperation service. Your work supports evidence-based decisions and public safety on a national and international scale. You will adapt leadership approaches to fluctuating priorities in a dynamic environment and help embed efficient, values-driven ways of working.
