Experteer Overview In this role you shape and drive the architecture of commercial technologies, guiding multiple engineering teams in an Agile healthcare-focused environment. You actively lead as a hands-on technologist, coaching engineers in AI-augmented practices and designing end-to-end solutions. You will pioneer Agentic AI usage to accelerate design, code review, and task automation, while upholding high-quality software standards. You lead architecture discussions, influence cross-functional partners, and translate business needs into scalable, secure platforms.
