Patient Services Salesforce Technical Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Consultant on the Salesforce Patient Services team, you help Life Sciences clients improve patient engagement and streamline service operations through Salesforce solutions. You will participate in strategy, process design, and technology-enabled delivery within complex environments, translating needs into scalable Life Sciences Cloud implementations. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to ensure solutions align with patient services goals and program constraints. This role offers the chance to shape patient care journeys and transform service delivery at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs addressing patient enrollment, hub services, case management, benefits investigation, and patient support workflows * Document technical requirements and contribute to solution designs for Life Sciences Cloud implementations * Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery stakeholders to align solutions with operating models and program delivery constraints * Support senior architects and delivery teams throughout the design and delivery of patient services solutions * Contribute to strategy, process design, and technology-enabled delivery in cross-functional, fast-paced environments Tasks * 2+ years of consulting, client-facing, or relevant industry experience * 1+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementation * 1+ year of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud in a Patient Services environment * 1+ year of experience supporting Salesforce solution design in data structures, integration concepts, security considerations, or platform configuration * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
