Experteer Overview In this role you help Life Sciences clients improve patient engagement and service operations using Salesforce solutions within a transformative, cross-functional team. You contribute to strategy, design, and technology-enabled delivery across patient journeys, aligning business needs with scalable Salesforce implementations. You will work with diverse stakeholders to translate requirements into practical designs and drive patient services improvements that support broader transformation goals. Compensation / Benefits * Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs for patient enrollment, hub services, case management, benefits investigation, and patient support workflows * Gather and document technical requirements; contribute to solution designs and recommendations for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations * Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery stakeholders to align solutions with patient services objectives and program delivery constraints * Support senior architects and delivery teams in design and delivery of Salesforce-based transformations across the patient journey * Help translate patient services needs into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions Tasks * 2+ years of consulting, client-facing, or relevant industry experience * 1+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementation * 1+ year of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud in a Patient Services environment * 1+ year of experience supporting Salesforce solution design in data structures, integration concepts, security considerations, or platform configuration * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * professional development opportunities
