Patient Services Salesforce Technical Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will help Life Sciences clients enhance patient engagement and streamline service operations using Salesforce Patient Services. You will contribute to strategy, process design, and technology-enabled delivery across patient journeys, working with cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll participate in design, requirements gathering, and alignment with operating models and program constraints, contributing to transformational patient services initiatives. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with opportunities to shape health-tech implementations and drive impact. Compensation / Benefits * Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs addressing enrollment, hub services, case management, benefits investigation, and patient support workflows * Gather and document technical requirements; contribute to solution designs and recommendations for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations * Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with patient services objectives and program constraints * Support senior architects and delivery teams in the design and delivery of Salesforce-based patient services solutions * Assist in translating patient services needs into practical, scalable technology-enabled delivery across complex environments Tasks * 2+ years of consulting, client-facing, or relevant industry experience * 1+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementation * 1+ year of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud in a Patient Services environment * 1+ year of experience supporting Salesforce solution design in data structures, integration concepts, security considerations, or platform configuration * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
