Assoc GIS Developer

Experteer Overview In this role you will apply GIS and related systems to create maps, data displays, and analyses that support water-utility operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver GIS products and reports that inform decisions and drive efficiency. The position emphasizes ESRI technologies, web services, and data modeling to support enterprise GIS. You will contribute to continuous learning and adopt new GIS tools and practices. This is an opportunity to shape spatial solutions at scale in a mission-driven utility. Compensation / Benefits * Create and maintain GIS databases and layers for research and analysis * Produce custom maps, reports, and data visualizations * Process and edit geospatial data in a versioned database environment * Configure and deploy ESRI mobile apps (Survey123, ArcGIS Field Maps, QuickCapture) * Develop ArcGIS Experience Builder apps and ArcGIS Dashboards for business reporting * Support data integration and ETL using tools like FME * Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to deliver GIS solutions * document products and project work clearly for varied audiences * stay current with GIS technologies and development practices Tasks * Bachelor in GIS or related field plus 3 years of GIS experience or equivalent * strong knowledge of GIS concepts, remote sensing, and data analysis * experience with ESRI ArcGIS, ArcSDE, and related software * familiarity with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and web services * proficiency in Python (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python) and ETL processes * experience with FME or similar ETL tools * valid Nevada driver’s license Key requirements *
