Senior AI Data Scientist - Solutions Developer

Experteer Overview In this role you advance AI-driven analytics to empower USAA members. You will work with a cross-functional Data Science team to transform operations using structured and unstructured data, applying ML, simulation, and optimization, including cutting-edge generative AI and agent frameworks. You’ll build scalable, production-ready analytical assets and mentor junior scientists, delivering business impact at scale within a regulated financial services context.
