Job description

We are seeking a Python Developer to join our technology team and support the development of business applications, automation solutions, and AI-driven initiatives. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining Python-based applications, integrating third-party services, and supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions to enhance productivity and business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development experience, a solid understanding of software engineering principles, and hands-on experience working with AI-powered tools, automation platforms, or Copilot Studio., + Write effective, scalable, and maintainable Python code.

Develop back-end components to improve application responsiveness and overall performance.
Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and services.
Build and maintain integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
Configure and support Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including conversational agents and workflow automations.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot software applications.
Improve functionality and performance of existing systems.
Implement security and data protection best practices.
Assess and prioritize feature requests and enhancement opportunities.
Document technical designs, processes, and application functionality.

Requirements

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship., + 3+ years of professional Python development experience.

Experience developing web applications, APIs, or backend services using Python.
Experience with at least one Python framework such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar.
Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and external services.
Exposure to AI-powered tools, generative AI solutions, chatbots, or intelligent automation platforms.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM) concepts and database design.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience working with Azure cloud services.
Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI services, or large language model (LLM) integrations.
Experience developing conversational AI or chatbot solutions.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
