Python Developer | AI & Copilot Studio

We are seeking a Python Developer to join our technology team and support the development of business applications, automation solutions, and AI-driven initiatives. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining Python-based applications, integrating third-party services, and supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions to enhance productivity and business processes., * Write effective, scalable, and maintainable Python code.

• Develop back-end components to improve application responsiveness and overall performance.
• Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and services.
• Build and maintain integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Configure and support Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including conversational agents and workflow automations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Improve functionality and performance of existing systems.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Assess and prioritize feature requests and enhancement opportunities.
• Document technical designs, processes, and application functionality.

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship., The ideal candidate will have strong Python development experience, a solid understanding of software engineering principles, and hands-on experience working with AI-powered tools, automation platforms, or Copilot Studio., * 3+ years of professional Python development experience.

• Experience developing web applications, APIs, or backend services using Python.
• Experience with at least one Python framework such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and external services.
• Exposure to AI-powered tools, generative AI solutions, chatbots, or intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM) concepts and database design.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience working with Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI services, or large language model (LLM) integrations.
• Experience developing conversational AI or chatbot solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
