Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead engineering efforts for high-voltage transmission lines, up to 765 kV, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams. You will support project planning, scheduling, client communication, and QA/QC to deliver technically excellent outcomes. The position offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities to engage in design, construction support, and mentorship within the Power Delivery Team. You will drive impactful projects, contributing to client success and knowledge transfer within the organization. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and execute transmission projects up to 765 kV * Develop initial project execution layouts and establish an efficient project plan * Create and maintain project schedules * Convene weekly/bi-weekly meetings to review deliverables and responsibilities * Coordinate with clients on project status and participate in meetings * Maintain workflow and communication across multidisciplinary projects * Forecast project resource needs for planning * Adhere to QA/QC procedures * Engage in industry conferences for professional growth * Demonstrate transmission line design expertise (PLS-CADD, structure staking, foundations, drawings, loading, procurement, construction specs, methods, estimates, support) * Lead project teams of varying sizes; travel to client sites/field/vendor facilities as needed * Support Project Managers with status reports, scope/schedule/budget development, and client meetings * Develop client relationships to position for future work * Support resource forecasting, recruitment, and department improvements * Support staff development and adherence to Code of Conduct and policies Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in engineering * 7-10 years’ experience in transmission field designing/managing projects and leading multidisciplinary teams * Professional Engineer (PE) licensure * Understanding of NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95 * Strong knowledge of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation * Strong English communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Office suite * Proven safety record and adherence to health, safety, and harassment policies Key requirements * flexible work arrangements
