Senior AI/ML Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will help build agentic systems for IT operations and resilience. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to create multi-agent platforms and scalable pipelines. You will shape knowledge-driven agents and RAG workflows, contributing to robust, scalable architectures. Compensation / Benefits * Design and prototype agentic systems for IT automation using LLMs and agent frameworks * Develop multi-agent workflows and coordinate agent collaboration for complex tasks * Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for knowledge-driven agents * Contribute to robust, scalable agent architectures and infrastructure * Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists on feature development and experiments * Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality Tasks * Master’s degree in computer science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field * 5-8 years of AI/ML engineering or software development experience * Strong Python programming skills * Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) * Knowledge of LLMs and agentic principles * Experience with vector databases, data pipelines, and retrieval systems * Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new AI techniques Key requirements *
