Job description

  • Lead NPI definition of next gen multi-phase AI power module products: * Partner with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineering, to integrate power modules into larger electrical systems and align on thermal and power requirements. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives. * Present next-generation product updates and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders. * Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing partners to prototype designs and transition them into production.
  • Engineering Samples & NPI Management: o Assess the suitability of existing materials for customer samples. o Ensure proper governance through NPI planning gates and readiness reviews.

  • **Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance: ** o Act as a single point of new product coordination across: Product Line Management , Design Engineering, Quality , Packaging team , Internal and External manufacturing teams o Escalate critical issues with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or product definer within power electronics or infrastructure markets.
  • 3+ years of experience in power module engineering teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
