Lead Data Mgt Engineer - Archiving/ILM

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and delivery of data management solutions for client engagements within Deloitte’s AI & Data practice. You will craft cloud and hybrid data architectures, guide migrations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You’ll oversee quality across teams and contribute to hands-on delivery while supporting practice growth through thought leadership. This position offers the chance to shape data and AI platforms for diverse clients and advance Deloitte’s data-driven transformation agenda. Compensation / Benefits * Lead small engagements or key workstreams within data & analytics transformations * Design and implement cloud and hybrid data architectures, migration approaches, and technology solutions across data and analytics platforms * Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align technical delivery to business objectives * Oversee quality of team deliverables and contribute to hands-on solution delivery across distributed teams * Support practice growth through proposal development, thought leadership, and coaching junior practitioners Tasks * 8+ years Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management consulting experience * 6+ years hands-on experience with SAP ILM, SAP Data Archiving, JiVS IMP, OpenText VIM and E-invoicing * 2+ years experience leading complex technology engagements end-to-end in multi-location setups * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
